This article focuses on Los Angeles and reports that approximately 60% of that county’s uninsured patients are not U.S. citizens. Of that sixty percent, over half are here ILLEGALLY. Jose Ramiro Arredondo, a Customs and Border Protection agent, was arrested on charges of aiding an immigrant smuggler by allowing him to bypass inspection booths. Arrendondo, 33, is accused of helping the man cross the border at least three times. Arredondo is on unpaid administrative leave, the CBP said.
